The 205 km journey takes about 2 h 55. Your driver tracks your flight and waits if it lands late.

Usually not. A standard Barcelona taxi fits two large suitcases but rarely skis or snowboards. Our transfers use Mercedes E-Class with roof box space or a Mercedes V-Class whose boot swallows skis, boards and boots for 7 people — tell us your equipment when booking and we send the right vehicle.

There is no train and no direct bus from the airport. The options are: a private transfer (about 3 h 30 door-to-door, from €430), a rental car (winter tyres are mandatory on the Vall d'Aran roads from November), or a bus to Vielha plus a taxi. For ski luggage and early-morning arrivals, a private transfer is the only door-to-door option.

We track your flight number. If it is delayed, your driver waits — airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time from landing. Barcelona Airport's last ski-resort departures are around 22:00; if your flight lands later, we still collect you (night supplement €25 after 23:00).

Yes, child seats and boosters are free of charge — request them in the booking notes. Spanish law requires approved restraints for children under 135 cm, and we carry them for every age.
